I did a pretty good job not binging this month. I think I only overate like one day and that was due to stress from finals and my crazy emotions.
I ran a 5k!
I only had pasta once and that was when I went out to eat with my friend to The Village Cafe.
Didn’t run two miles in under 18 minutes. I really messed up my knee when I played dodge ball and haven’t ran since then.
I didn’t run a 10k. School has taken over so much of my time lately that I’ve been working out at the gym instead of going for runs and my knee is currently having some difficulties.
